Life Philosopy

I am a 22 year old Christian. The most valuble thing that I have in my life is the assurance of salvation through belief in Jesus Christ and his death and reserection.I began cycling in1999 due to a desire to get into the sport that my father loved. From there it has grown and i have been blessed with oppurtunities to explore the country and the world. I have however, more recently been through a period of time off the bike, due to in honesty, mostly my pride. My identity and worth was placed in the bike, leaving me wonder where my value or purpouse was without it. My desire is to now ride with the full knowledge that all experiences and successes will eventually fade away. I will therefore ride for the oppurtunity to meet and support others in the sport. It is my belief that life is never about success or how much you gain, nor is it about effort or how much you are willing to give. Life is simply a gift, an oppurtunity to discover grace. I wish to extend in everyway possible that grace freely given to me. I desire to put time and effort into my relationships and pursuits not because I have to, but because I love to.1 Peter 1:24-25Romans 8:38-39
